We are a contracted Provider of Consumer Directed Services in Missouri (CDS) through the Division of Senior and Disability Services (DSDS)  https://health.mo.gov/seniors/homecomservices/

The Consumer Directed Services (CDS) program provides assistance to individuals with disabilities who are 18 years of age or older and are able to self-direct their own care. With this program the Consumer is able to hire their own personal attendant, which includes family members, friends, or neighbors  to perform routine tasks of daily living and other tasks the consumer is unable to perform alone, allowing the consumer to live independently in the comfort of their own home. 

**An individual can not care for their own spouse under this program.

What are the program qualifications?

• Must be 18 years or older
• Receiving or eligible for Medicaid
• Disabled or a Senior
• Capable of self-directing your care and services

You Choose Your Caregiver, We Pay Them, Flexible Hours

Consumer Direct Services may include but will not be limited to the following services:

• Personal Care: Dressing, Grooming, etc.
• Meal Preparation
• Toileting
• Medication Reminders
• Housekeeping
• Laundry
• Shopping and Errands
• Transportation to doctor appointments
• Incontinent Care
